Every few weeks when I take a step back, I really marvel that we’re so priviledged to live in this beautiful part of the country.  There is such a rich diversity of things to explore in San Francisco Bay Area.  By just jumping into the car for a few hours, you can be transported to a unique experience that offers a feast for the senses and an opportunity for hands on learning.  Fortunately, working on Trekaroo gives us an added excuse to do lots of day trips as a family.  We’ve created a list of 5 fun off the beaten path day trips that offer fantastic experiences, lots of family fun, and opportunities for bonding as a family.
