Meet some of our trekaroo contributing authors, intrepid travelers, and adventuresome parents. Yes. You CAN travel with kids, we do!
LiLing Pang is Co-founder and CEO of Trekaroo . She is a mom to two boys and a girl (13, 11, and 3) currently traveling through Central America. Together with her husband, Brennan Pang, they hatched the idea of Trekaroo one summer day along the California coast while searching for the best kid-friendly tide pool near La Jolla with their curious 2.5 year old.

Kristine Dworkin is one of Trekaroo’s Travel Experts located in Northern California. She’s also a mom to a gifted girl athlete and a special needs charmer. Like almost everything in her house, traveling is a competitive sport (I’m getting on the plane first…no, I’m getting on the plane first!). With a triathlete, a soccer star, and a baseball player in the house what else could one expect? Since her active family obviously doesn’t do sitting still very well, they’re always out exploring the world.

If they aren’t on an outdoor excursion someplace, they are busy reading up on where they will go next! Natural resources professionals by training, the children of this pair are obligate outdoorsmen and you’ll find the family frequenting the nation’s public lands often!
